Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any further questions that may not appear on this page, feel free to contact the Bride and Groom at kvpellow@gmail.com

What time should I arrive?

Guest arrival starts at 11am, with the ceremony beginning at 11:30am.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on grass in a lovely church garden. If it rains, we will move both inside the church on the property.

Can I bring my children and/or a plus one?

Unfortunately, with the size of the ceremony, only those whose names are on the invitations have been accounted for to fit at the venue. We thank you for your understanding.

Will there be a reception?

There will be no reception; instead, we will have a cocktail hour with charcuterie and drinks located along the side of the church. This will start after the ceremony and go till 1:30pm.

What are the wedding party colours?

The wedding party will be wearing dark red and black, with the bride in white and the groom in a dark red suit. We ask that you please avoid wearing primarily white or light cream colours.

Is there parking?

Yes, the venue offers parking at the front of the property right behind the tree line as you enter the grounds.

Can we bring outside food and/or drink?

Please refrain from bringing outside food and drink. Our venue has a strict policy; however, there will be charcuterie and an open bar with something for everyone! (See question below)

What type of food and drink will be served?

There will be charcuterie, alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, fruit, veggies, and cupcakes! It will be a peanut/nut-free spread for those with allergies.

Can I take pictures during your ceremony?

We ask you refrain from taking your phones and cameras out during the ceremony as we have two excellent photographers that will be capturing the event in detail and would love to see your faces and not your phones in them! We will be posting their photos later online for all to see.
